Your appointment is with the venue you chose, not with CorVali. The fastest route is to reply in the WhatsApp conversation you booked through, or to contact the venue directly from its page on this site.
If that does not resolve it — including a cancellation or a refund you disagree with — email support@corvali.ai and we will take it up with the venue on your behalf. That route is set out in section 8 of our cancellations and refunds policy.

Booking confirmations, payslips and other transactional email are sent from noreply@corvali.ai. That address is not monitored — reply to it and nobody reads it. Use support@corvali.ai instead.
